Teams Feature Overview
QuikAuthor now supports robust team collaboration, allowing multiple users to work together seamlessly on courses. This feature is designed to streamline content creation, facilitate shared workflows, and enhance productivity within your organization.
Note: Teams is a premium feature. If payment is enabled, access to this feature may require an active subscription.
How It Works
1. Create a Team
Navigate to Settings → Teams and create your team. As the creator, you automatically become the team owner.
2. Invite Members
Generate unique invite links for two distinct roles:
- Author: Can create new courses and edit courses shared with the team.
- Admin: Has full control, including managing team members, inviting new users, and deleting any course within the team.
3. Share Courses
Course owners can easily toggle "Share with team" in the course dashboard to make their courses visible and editable by all team members, based on their roles.
Enhanced Library Features
Author Attribution: Course cards in the library now clearly display the author's name for team courses, enhancing visibility and accountability.
"Shared" Badge: A prominent "Shared" badge indicates courses that have been made available to the team.
Team Member Filter: Use the filter dropdown to easily view courses created by specific team members, or all team courses.
