Yes. Our AI Translation tool supports 20 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Hungarian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Turkish, Indonesian, Malay, Thai and Vietnamese. It translates the whole course including video transcripts and subtitles, and preserves your design, layout and formatting.

Yes. With Custom Interactions, you describe the activity you want and our AI builds a bespoke interactive element for you - from an interactive code block for technical training, to calculators, sorting activities or branching scenarios. Each interaction is fully self-contained and runs safely inside your course, can be scored and tracked like any other question, and works in both your published courses and your SCORM exports. If you can describe it, you can add it.

AI Avatar Video lets you put a presenter in your course without a camera or a studio. There are two ways to do it: Build with us. Use your avatar credits to generate a script (or write your own), choose an illustrated avatar and a voice, and QuikAuthor produces the video for you. Use Google for free. Build a free avatar or video clip with Google's tools, then upload it straight into your media library and drop it into any lesson. This uses none of your credits.

Credits apply only to the Build with us path. Free users get 2 credits per month. Pro users get 10 per month. On Team, each author gets 10 per month. Enterprise plans can request custom limits. Using Google's free tools and uploading the clip costs no credits at all.

Yes. As well as uploading your own audio, QuikAuthor can generate natural-sounding AI voiceovers from your script using premium text-to-speech voices. Add narration to any slide and we'll automatically create synced captions, so learners can read along or learn hands-free.

Yes. Upload audio files or podcasts and use the AI Asset Converter to transcribe them into structured lessons, or embed audio players directly into your slides.

The AI Video Editor turns existing video - webinars, lectures, demos - into interactive microlearning. Upload a video and the AI transcribes it, detects logical break points to split it into lessons, and generates contextual quizzes from each segment. It's the fastest way to turn a video library into training. (Note: the AI Asset Converter transcribes a video into lesson text. The AI Video Editor keeps the video and builds an interactive course around it. Use the Converter to extract content; use the Video Editor to keep the footage.)

Yes. QuikAuthor uses True Adaptive Design, so content doesn't just shrink to fit a smaller screen - it optimises and fills every screen, on mobile, tablet or desktop. There are also native iOS and Android learner apps with push notifications and offline access.

Yes. Courses export as SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 packages, compatible with virtually every modern LMS including Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Cornerstone and SAP SuccessFactors. Exports include resume functionality, score tracking and offline HTML viewing. The free plan includes 10 lifetime SCORM exports and unlimited HTML exports. Paid plans include unlimited SCORM export.

Yes. Generate a public share link for any course and send it to anyone, including people without a QuikAuthor account. You keep full control and can revoke access at any time.

They don't sign up manually. Learners receive a direct link to their training by email, set a password on first access, and from then on log into their own Learner Dashboard to see everything assigned to them.

The free plan supports up to 50 active monthly learners. Pro and Team include 200. Beyond 200, learners are charged on a tiered rate that gets cheaper as you grow: - 201 to 500 learners: $1.00 per learner per month - 501 to 750 learners: $0.80 - 751 to 1,000 learners: $0.65 - 1,001 to 2,500 learners: $0.50

Yes, and it doesn't expire. The free plan includes 25 courses, 50 learners, 500 MB of storage, unlimited AI prompts, all AI features, custom branding, 2 avatar video credits per month, 10 lifetime SCORM exports and unlimited HTML exports. No credit card required.

Pro ($69/month or $799/year) is a single-author workspace with 200 learners and unlimited courses. Team ($2,000/year) gives you 3 authors on otherwise identical terms, plus collaboration features: unlimited teams and locations, custom learner fields, and segmented analytics. The system sends automated reminders to chase incomplete assignments, giving you a clear audit trail without manual chasing. The Compliance Assistant can also turn a policy PDF straight into auditable training.
