To manage and track learners you need Reach 360 Pro, which costs $3,600 per year all-in and covers up to 1,200 active learners per year.
An Articulate "active learner" is not a person. It is a credit. Per Articulate's own documentation, confirmed by its support staff:
- A learner uses one Reach 360 credit for each 30-day period in which they train.
- A learner who trains in January and again in February has used two credits.
- Deleting a learner does not give the credit back. The count refreshes annually, not on removal.
So 1,200 Reach 360 active learners can mean 1,200 people trained once, or 100 people trained every month.
If your staff take one course a year, Articulate is excellent value at roughly $3.60 per person, and it beats QuikAuthor on price. We would rather say that than have you find out later.
Monthly microlearning, which is the point of microlearning, is where the credit model works against you.
