What the Format Change Actually Does
Compliance training fails when it asks for a signature instead of a demonstration.
Before, the static policy:
"Section 4.2: Employees must ensure that all client data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action."
The learner skims it, signs it, and forgets it. You have a record of attendance, not of understanding.
After, the micro course:
